This online service facilitates professional supervised contact visits on a virtual platofrm with an independent supervisor. We partner with you to minimise conflict while documenting observations made throughout the call.

We will make a plan with you to ensure that your child is safe and well-supported. All contact times will occur via Zoom pursuant to any Court Orders. This can be helpful if the parents live far away from each other or as a first step to restart a relationship.

SUPERVISED IN-PERSON CONTACT

This mobile service facilitates professional supervised contact visits at a neutral location with an independent supervisor. We partner with you to minimise conflict and unsafe situations while documenting observations made throughout the contact.

We will make a plan with you to ensure that your child is safe and well-supported. All contact times will occur at an agreed, neutral location (or at a parent's home) pursuant to any relevant Court Orders. Our professional supervisors will work with you and your ex- to facilitate this process.

SUPERVISED CHILD CHANGEOVER

We assist you when its stressful.

If you cannot meet with your ex- without conflict, FLS provides families with an assisted changeover service. We will assist you to collect or drop off your child to avoid direct contact with your ex- and all the associated dramas that come with it.

We will make a plan with you to ensure thathe parties will meet at a neutral agreed location to effect changeover, hwere one of our supervisors will be present to assist with the changeover and to make an independent record of what occcured for future reference (as may be required).
