There is nothing more important than spending time with your child. We facilitate a safe and child-focussed service to mitigate risks between parents and children pursuant to a Family Law Court Order.
Our mobile service was started with a pragmatic approach to professional child contact services which seeks to provide industry-wide best practice across Melbourne for you and your family.
Our service is open to all members of the community, regardless of their background or circumstances. We have trained staff on hand to support and supervise visits, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
We seek to partner with you and your legal team in providing a streamlined & efficient professional service that protects & supports your child when they are spending meaningful time with the other parent.

We have trained staff to support and supervise visits, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved. We offer a range of options to suit the needs of families, including supervised contact sessions, supported handovers, and therapeutic support. Our team can work with you to develop a plan that meets your individual needs and helps you to maintain a meaningful relationship with your child or children.

At Family Link Service, our mission is to provide a neutral & welcoming environment with independent professional supervision for children to feel safe & supported in spending time with Mum & Dad.
Our service offers to support various interventions that are specifically designed to provide you with peace of mind. Through professional supervision and staff who "give a damn", we support you to focus on what is most important - your child.
We strive to support and empower children to maintain meaningful relationships with both their custodial and non-custodial parents, always keeping their best interests at the forefront of our work.
We work in partnership with parents, guardians, and other relevant professionals to promote the well-being of the children using our service and contribute to the development of positive co-parenting relationships.
